Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks after placing your order for it to be processed. Shipping time starts the day your order is finished. Which means the free standard shipping that takes 2-6 days to arrive could take up to 9-18 days to reach you in our busiest seasons.
Our US shipping prices vary per order depending on which rate you choose. Each bandana weight is calculated at shipping and USPS determines the price to ship the package. We do offer international shipping to certain zones! Just enter your address into the checkout screen and shipping will automatically be calculated by the weight of your package. If you are not in a current shipping approved zone, it will notify you prior to purchase. Each shipment email comes with a tracking number, but please contact me if you do not receive one or need a reconfirmation email.
We do not currently accept returns.
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt or if your pet was not measured correctly for sizing. If you need to exchange your damaged item(s), please contact us at southertailsboutique@gmail.com with photo proof of damage within 2 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for shipping the product to exchange. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that have not arrived as that is beyond our control. But with Priority Shipping the postal service does reimburse you for your money if it does not make it into your home! You must contact USPS to take advantage of this added protection.

Extra Small- fits necks up to 7.5- 8 inches depending on fur (snaps at 9 inches)
Small- fits necks between 8-11.5 inches depending on fur (snaps at 12 inches)
Medium- fits necks between 11.5-15 inches depending on fur (snaps at 16 inches)
Large- fits necks between 16-19 inches depending on fur (snaps at 19 inches)
Extra Large- fits necks up to 21 inches depending on fur (these are special order only so message us if you need any extra large or larger) snaps at 21.5 inches)
*We recommend folding the bandana over for shorter dogs and leaving it full length for broad chested/larger dogs. Each pup is shaped differently so try it both ways to see which you prefer!
CLEANING & CARE:
Fabric products can be gently washed by hand with warm water and a gentle soap and allowed to air dry. Machine dryers might shrink, wrinkle or disfigure your product. Hand washing is always recommended over machine washing.
You can also use a waterproof/stain proof spray to help these delicate handmade accessories look new for longer.
